Terms & Conditions

By enrolling your child in Tekk City's football coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Payment:

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and full payment of the session fees, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Tekk City.
  • Tekk City reserves the right to alter session fees with prior notice.

2. Attendance and Cancellation:

  • Regular attendance is encouraged to maximize the benefit of the coaching.
  • If your child is unable to attend a session, please notify Tekk City as soon as possible.
  • Tekk City is not obligated to provide refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
  • Tekk City reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, coach illness). In such cases, a make-up session or a pro-rata refund may be offered.

3. Child Safety and Well-being:

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is fit and healthy to participate in the football coaching sessions. Please inform Tekk City of any relevant medical conditions or allergies on the registration form.
  • Tekk City will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants during sessions. However, football is a physical activity, and minor injuries may occur.
  • Tekk City coaches are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked.
  • Children are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and other participants. Tekk City reserves the right to exclude a child from a session if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the safe arrival and departure of their child from the session venue. Children will only be released to their parent/guardian or a designated adult named on the registration form.

4. Clothing and Equipment:

  • Children should wear appropriate football training kit and boots suitable for 3G Pitches and relevant weather conditions.
  • Shin pads are strongly recommended.
  • Players should bring their own water bottle.

5. Photography and Videography:

  • Tekk City may often take photographs or videos of the coaching sessions for promotional purposes. By enrolling your child, you consent to this unless you explicitly notify us otherwise in the registation process.

6. Liability:

  • Tekk City and its coaches are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to participants or their belongings unless caused by negligence on the part of Tekk City.

7. Data Protection:

  • Personal information provided to Tekk City will be used in accordance with relevant data protection laws and our privacy policy (available upon request).

8. Amendments:

  • Tekk City reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with reasonable notice.

By proceeding with enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these basic terms and conditions.
